Saya baru sampai ni...insyaAllah nak update on my Beijing trip.

So, harap bersabarla yea...:)

An encounter with a bad apple....

On way back home from Pavilion, as usual, I ikut Jalan Tun Razak menuju ke Jalan Kuching. As I reached the overhead atas Bulatan Pahang tu, I toleh kat rear mirror I. I nampaklah motor polis 2 bijik mengiringi 2 Mini Cooper, followed by MPVs and SUVs. Who the hell these people are, beats me! Belum sempat I nak ketepi, si motor polis bahalol yang pertama tadi pergi ketuk tepi keter I!! Hampeh betul!! Memang hangin betul I. Ni yg rasa macam nak tukar LEXUS - HARRIER NI!! Bukannya I tak nak ke tepi, tak sempat. Dahlah siren bunyinya nak tak nak. Macamanalah kita nak respek mangkuk-mangkuk hayun camni. I know that not all policemen are like that. But these types are the ones that spoil the image. Macam penyangak!! Hidup asyik disumpah-seranah orang aje.

False hope..

A lot of people give false hope whether they realise it or not. Some don't have the heart to say no while some are just enjoying the ride. They just love to receive attention but not willing to give the same back for some reason or another. Coward? Selfish? Perhaps. Or they could either be blind as a bat or just plain ignorant.

I guess for the 'victims', as long as they don't know, they're fine. Or some choose to be ignorant too. Knowing that if they choose to notice, their ride could end. A ride which with such hopes, brings them happiness, eventhough temporary. Sad? Maybe. Wrong? Maybe not.

So, can anything be done about it? For starters, the 'giver' could stop. Or then, the 'victim' could hitch a ride elsewhere, where their contribution or attention are genuinely and rightfully acknowledged or returned. Don't waste your time. Some things are not worth pursuing even if the 'crime' was not intentional to begin with. Unless both parties enjoy the ride for their own reasons, why bother wondering whether there's future. Let it be....

Acknowledment..

I'd like to talk about acknowledgement. Of which I think it's important. You acknowledge your subordinate's work, you acknowledge your friend's help, or even acknowledge someone's presence, to name a few examples. And it helps being acknowledged. It boosts your morale and confidence and definitely makes you happy and strive to become a better person. Even being noticed is already good enough. Knowing that there are people who read my blog with all these rubbish postings is already satisfying. Or when someone quotes you (and even uses it against you), it shows that people do listen. That is still good enough. But in order for you to be acknowledged or being noticed, you need to do it to. What goes around, comes around.


And the most wonderful part is when people acknowledge or notice you when least expected. Sweet..:)

Life is....

Have you ever felt that your life is not that interesting? Or your past is not as colourful as others? And this particularly happens when you hear stories from your friends on their past experiences, journey and adventures. It's depressing actually. Or at least for me. It makes me feel as if I've missed out on a lot of things. And I certainly can't go back in time to experience them. I do have my share of interesting stuff in the past but they seem so dull as compared to some. I can't be going through a mid-life crisis. I'm too young for that. But still, why does the grass always seem to look greener on the other side?

This is one of the most common question asked: If you could turn back time, would you have done it any different?

Happy Birthday Papa!

15 January... :) Its Papa's birthday!!! Although he will not see what i post here, but I would write anyway.... He’s one of the most important man in my life. He has certainly been a good Father for me – spoiling me at times (okey, maybe all the time)… Always putting me first and on top of everything else when I was young… I am so thankful that I have such a wonderful and loving Dad!! Love you Papa!!

So, happy happy birthday Papa, wish you again all the best, good health, more more more patience please….and most important is more happiness.

Ohhhh!! Thanks to Abang Wan and K.Hus for the cake!! It was so nice and sedap and cuuuukuuuup rasa!! Birthday boy likes it so much!! Sebab kek tak hitam..heh..heh…heh.

Last but not least, insyaAllah Syiera akan tunaikan permintaan Papa which is, he want to see me get married. - What else can I say to him, I'm speechless..:( :(

Makan angin @ Korea - Part I

Salam semua. Most of my friends and family members tak sabar nak tengok gambar dan nak tahu cerita ceriti Korea. Ada 3 entry, dari Part I - Part III. Tak payahla saya mengomel panjang. Jom kita tengok gambar sambil bercerita. Oppsss...sebelum tu kan, saya tak boleh nak letak kesemua gambar2 sebabnya TERlalu banyak hingga tak TERmampu saya nak pegi cuci..:P :P So, biarlah saya paste yg mana saya rasa saya nampak diri saya ni cantik kt gambar tersebut...boley? Please make sure, baca kesemua cerita yang saya tulis dibawah gambar-gambar tu. Jangan skip langsung, baru kita tau the whole story Korea journey. Selamat membaca semua..:)

My 4.30am in flight bfast. Tengah sedap2 tido lampu cabin pasang..adeiihh..tu tandanya ada meal nak sampaila tu..:( Sebelum tu depa served sandwich.

This is Cheongwadae (Blue House) is the executive office and official residence of the President of the Republic of Korea, located in Jongno-gu, Seoul. The main office building includes Presidential Office, audience room, conference room, and official Presidential residence.

This is Gyeongbokgung Palace Known as the Northern Palace because of its almost northern location, the Gyeongbokgung Palace. Tourist attraction kat sini..macam-macam bangsa ada.

Salah seorang guard yang menjaga pintu masuk Gyeongbokgung Palace ni. Muka dia ni serius giler...dalam banyak2 guard kat situ, dia nila yang paling handsome compare to others. Berebut orang nak bergambar dengan dia..heh..heh...heh.

Saya dengan cousin saya K.Mama kat depan Gyeongbokgung Palace ni. Berat kan bagpack saya tu. Memang berat giler, mcm2 letak dlm tu, botol air, telekung, Seoul map, diary, biskut, coklat, paspot, buku cerita, mekap kit, pmpnla katakan...bag mekap tu TETAP kena ada, camera 2 set, kena ada backup...manala tau bateri habis ke, tiba2 camera tak tahan sejuk ke..terjam plak tiba-tiba camera tu..heh..heh...heh..

Salah satu costume yg dipamer dalam cermin kt Gyeongbokgung Palace. Tak taula plak nama apa..terlupa nak tengok sebab tak tahan sejuk sebenarnya berdiri, berlegar2 kat luar ni. Masa ni rasanya 4 degrees kot.

Ni plak salah satu tempat kat sana, dimana jika ada pementasan opera ke, teater ke, apa ke..kat stage ni la take part. Bawah stage tu is a lake yang slowly bertukar menjadi ais. Lama2 nanti boleh main ice skating kat situ. Tapi tak ada plak yang berani main kat situ, sbb tak fully keras lagi lake tu. Sape berani cubala..:P

Mari kita melawat museum plak. Ni National Folk Museum located inside Gyeongbok Palace. Inside the museum are examples of the different periods of Korean history, from pre-history through the Japanese occupation. In addition to actual relics, replicas and paintings show various aspects of traditional life, including many ceremonies and festivals. Seronok duduk dlm museum ni sebab ada heater sedap aje..heh..heh...heh..

Banyak gambar saya snap kat sini, sebab baju Hanbok ni cantik-cantik sangat!! Kalau nak bergambar kat sini "No flash please" K.Mama kata, knp kalau ada flash? Rosak ke baju tu, or baju tu hidup ke...hah..hah...hah..:P

Ni plak permandangan dari luar Folk museum. Berangin2 masa ni, ada snow sikit tengah turun..very mild mild snow:) Malam tu..heemm..bukan mild lagi dah..dah jadi ribut snow.

Ni kat Seoul city. Alamak wrong flag daaa... ada ke bendera negara Jepun plak...salah negara ni. Actually, along this road ada flag dari other countries as well. Snap mana sempatla..too cold menggigil giler masa ni..:(

Kedai souvenir kat sini BEST!! Boleh bargain, macam2 ada kat sini..and good quality. Nampak kan nama kedai tu..nampak..nampak? Ok, sini kt Itaewon. Ingat tu..next time kalau nak beli sourvenir...pegi sini..recomended sangat2..:)

Masa ni snow tengah turun kt Itaewon. Sejuk dia jangan cakapla..dah -2, -3 kot masa ni. Kalau tak salah masa ni pukul 6.30pm. Kat sana siang kejap aje, malam yg lama. 5.30 tu dah macam waktu maghrib kat sini.

Ni tapak tangan para actor & actress. Tapak tangan actress tu muat2 tapak tangan saya..:)

Tourist tengah berebut-rebut tukar baju pakai Hanbok. Saya tak lalu la...eeeuuuwww..busuk!! Bekas bangsa2 depa pakai bersilih ganti baju tu...tak sanggup.

This is our lunch. Everything is vegetables. The whole trip kat sana kami makan hanya sayur-sayuran..dah jadi vegetarian plak. Nak makan daging @ ayam was-was plak. So for the safe side...makan vegetables..:(

Ni plak kt Nami Island. Famous place for Winter Sonata scene. Saya tak ikut sangat cerita tu, tapi ramai yang kata cerita ni best..heemm..tak taula plak. Best la kot. Ramai orang pegi sana...majority Korean.

Tempat ni dikatakan pelakon tu selalu berjumpa...kiranya the first place they met. Iyerlah tu kot...saya pun tak tengok citer Winter Sonata..dengar orang bercerita aje. Macam2 ragam orang posing kt pokok2 ranting tinggi nih. Memang kat sini cantik sangat!! Kalau time spring lagi cantik full of flowers!!

Basikal pink ni saya sewa for 1/2 jam. Cost 3k won (1/2 hour) x RM3 = RM9.00. Basikal cantik..lake pun cantik...orangnya pun cantik..area situ tersangatla cantiknya.

Sempat bergambar kat tepi lake cantik ni. Masa ni less than 10 minutes dah nak kena return balik basikal tu. Kami dah jauuh melencong ntah kemana. Nak cari jalan balik sana lagi, ntah mana2 ntah kami pusing masa tu. Agak besar jugak Nami Island ni. Lambat sampai nasib tak kena denda..:P


Jangan tak tahu u all....saya terjatuh kat sini tauu..Haaa...siap boleh gelak, sambil senyum lagi ..nak bergambar kat snow punya pasal...jatuh pun tak pe. Malluuu tauu..:( Nasib gambar turn out cantik.

This is the Myeongdong street in Chuncheon. But it was famous for being the filming sight of "Winter Sonata". As I did not watch the Korean drama, I was told by my friend that Chuncheon Myeongdong was the place where the lead actor and actress were supposed to meet. Unfortunately, the actor met with an accident on the way and was not able to turn out for the appointment. I guess that was the point when the sad story started.

Strawberry kat sana teramatla besarnya dan sedap dan cuuukup rasa..hehehe. This is 8k Won = RM24.00. Oohh..tak lupa juga, nampak tak hidung saya teramatla merahnya dah rupa mcm clown kan. Kalau tgk dari dekat, kiri kanan pipi merah menyaler tak payah pakai blusher dah..ni semua sejuk punya pasal.

Masa ni pukul 6.00pm..tengah tunggu bas nak p makan.

Nila makan malam kami sambil di perhati oleh Syazwan. Apa lagi kalau bukan sayur-sayuran berserta mihun.
