Cream Caramel Recipe

This is actually my favourite puding and very easy in making. So, kat sini i nak sharela resepi kegemaran i nih....rasa dia bolehlah tahan...begitu jugak dgn rupa dia. sebab kawan-kawan Otai puji sedap!!! Cara-caranya -

Senang je..

A.First Sedia kan tempat dia, talam bulat or 4 segi.

B.Lepas tu sedia kan caramel dia.
Gula 3/4 cawan - masukkan dalam periuk.
Pasukkan air 2sudu besar.
Letak periuk atas stove - api sederhana.
Kacau the gula until jadi caramel.
Process nak jadi caramel
- mula2 gula kan cair.
- lepas tu gula akan kering air,jadi kasar2 sikit. make sure dont add water
pulak.
- keep on kacau..until dia cair balik & come out color yellowish. Tutup api
when the color turn perang. Make sure jangan sampai hangus.
Tuangkan the caramel ke dalam bekas talam tadi. Spread the caramel sampai
tutup whole inner surface of the talam. It will turn keras inside there.
Dont worry..

C. Then the Cream..
1. Susu pekat manis 1 tin (tin tinggi)
2. Air satu tin susu tu.
3. Telur 5 or 6 biji (if kecil) - buang pusat dia yang pekat to cos it
smells.
4. Roti gardenia - Buang kerak dia - 5 pieces.
5. Esence Vanila 1 sudu teh.
All the above blend sekali until halus. Tuang the cream keatas caramel tadi.

Kukus for 30-40 min. Check masak ke tak by cucuk dengan lidi & tak melekat.
Make sure masa kukus air tak jatuh atas caramel.

And don't be ashamed to ask for help when you are in trouble. Just don't ask me for money, as I need some myself!! When you do get angry ,remember to count to ten .

Play some sports to relieve yourself (cause is the happinest is the best medicine hear music is the trick and a good sleep can let you throw all your troubles away).
