She specialises in the manufacturing, trading, property development and construction sectors. Her experience, in excess of 16 years, spans from corporate restructuring of companies, cross border investment structuring, handling tax audits, due diligence reviews, negotiations with the regulatory authorities on tax matters and tax incentives.
